Terms for assignments

Terms and conditions

Every assignment receives its own quotation and written agreement. This page sets out the general basis for working with Frame That Visual.

Assignment and quotation

An assignment begins when both parties accept the quotation or confirmation in writing. It defines the scope, schedule, fee, usage rights and delivery.

Planning and cooperation

The client provides the information, access and permissions required for the shoot on time. Changes to the schedule or scope may affect timing and fees and will be discussed first.

Selection and delivery

Frame That Visual makes the final selection and edit within the agreed creative direction. Raw files are not included unless agreed in writing.

Copyright and usage

Copyright remains with Frame That Visual. The client receives the usage rights defined in the quotation. Wider use or use by third parties requires prior written permission.

Cancellation and force majeure

Cancellation, rescheduling, weather and incurred costs are agreed per assignment. When circumstances fall outside reasonable control, both parties first seek a suitable new schedule.

Liability

Liability is limited to direct loss and, where legally permitted, to the amount paid for the relevant assignment. This limit does not apply to intent or deliberate recklessness.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies. Both parties first try to resolve a dispute through discussion before taking further steps.
